1. Draw the PCB circuit board:
2. Set to print only TOP LAYER and via layer.
3. Use a laser printer to print on thermal transfer paper.
4. The thinnest electrical circuit set on this circuit board is 10mil.
5. The one-minute plate-making time starts from the black-and-white image of the electronic circuit printed on the thermal transfer paper by the laser printer.
6. For single-sided circuit boards, only one is enough.
Then attach it to a suitable size copper clad laminate, heat and press the heat transfer machine, 20 seconds to complete the heat transfer. Take out the copper clad laminate and uncover the thermal transfer paper, you can see the clear circuit diagram on the copper clad laminate.
7. Then put the copper clad laminate in the oscillating corrosion tank, using a mixed corrosive solution of hydrochloric acid and hydrogen peroxide, it only takes 15 seconds to remove the excess copper layer.
The proper ratio of hydrochloric acid, hydrogen peroxide, and a high-speed oscillating corrosion tank are the keys to achieving rapid and perfect corrosion.
After flushing with water, the corroded circuit board can be taken out. A total of 45 seconds passed at this time. Never touch high-concentration corrosive liquids recklessly. Otherwise, the pain will be remembered for a lifetime.
8. Use acetone again to wipe off the black toner. In this way, an experimental PCB board is completed.
9. Apply flux to the surface of the circuit board
10. Use a wide blade soldering iron to tin the circuit board for easy soldering later.
11. Remove the soldering flux and apply soldering flux to the surface mount device to complete the soldering of the device.
12. Due to the pre-coated solder, it is easier to solder the device.
13. After soldering, clean the circuit board with washing water.
14. Part of the circuit board.
15. There are multiple short wires on the circuit board.
16. The short wiring is completed by 0603, 0805, 1206 zero ohm resistance.
17. After ten minutes, the circuit board is ready for experimentation.
18. Circuit board under test.
19. Complete circuit debugging.
The one-minute thermal transfer plate making method can make hardware production as convenient as software programming. After the circuit block test is completed, the production of the circuit is finally completed using the formal plate making method.
This method not only saves the cost of the experiment, but more importantly, it saves time. A good idea, if you wait a day or two before you can get the circuit board according to the normal plate-making cycle, the excitement will be consumed.
