High reliability, stable performance under high temperature and high humidity environment.

Disadvantage:

Fragile, which is the main disadvantage, which leads to the production of only small-area boards.

The price is high, and there are more and more requirements and rules for electronic products. Ceramic circuit boards are still used in some relatively high-end products, and low-end products are not used at all.
